“Jo was professional from the first moment of contact. He quickly arranged to make a home visit and was honest about what he could do with the floor, a 100 year old Victorian/Edwardian floor with no damp proof course. He was apologetic that there would be a delay of 4 weeks before he could come to do the work – but he has such a huge area to cover this was completely understandable. On arrival he worked solidly for 3 consecutive days and the final result was all I could have wished for. I’m only sorry I didn’t do this sooner! I have already recommended him to several friends and will continue to do so.”
